Necsa Group, thru Necsa Learning Academy, is contributing towards capabilities improvement by means of supplying a 24-month WIL Programme for qualifying college students to acquire skills, knowledge, and experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Unemployed South African residents aged between 18 to 35, who are college students from TVET Colleges and have achieved their N6 qualification, are invited to apply. Applicants have to furnish a letter from their group confirming that they have executed the theoretical aspect of their research and require realistic trip to graduate in one of the following fields of study:

•Electrical

•Instrumentation

•Fitter and Turner

•Mechanical Fitter

•Boilermaker

•Welder

Applicants who have already participated in any Necsa graduate Programme will now not be considered.

If it is determined that this used to be the case after appointment, the contract will be terminated with immediately effect.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Good interpersonal skills, professionalism, integrity, capacity to work beneath pressure, and deadline-driven. Successful candidates ought to be analytical and have excessive interest to detail. Ambitious and inclined to learn.
