Reports to : Banking and Compliance Manager
My client is situated in Somerset west, operates in the exciting world of Personal Financial Management.
We are looking to hire a client service driven and detailed orientated person to fill this administrative position.
You will be required to;
· Capture payments on banking platforms
· General Banking Administrative tasks
· Assist and complete compliance forms
· Ensure all records are kept up to date
· Distribute month end & quarterly reports
· Some filing will be required
· General administration and support
Min Requirements:
- Gr12 Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in an administrative roll
- Highly professional client service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Reliable and honest
- Computer literate
- Must have a valid driver’s license & own vehicle
- Bilingual in Afrikaans & English
- Strong verbal & written skills
