HR ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED
The HR Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and facilitating new hire orientations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update relevant HR documentation accordingly.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrolments, terminations, and inquiries, and serve as a point of contact for employees.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.
- Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, payroll adjustments, and resolving payroll discrepancies in collaboration with the finance department.
- Prepare HR-related reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role, with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong data entry and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
